Platform-wide issue with adding new prospects - April 2021 (Resolved)

Since April 27, 2021, Snov.io has been experiencing platform-wide service issues with all functionality connected to adding of new prospects. Until these issues are resolved, we highly recommend you do not use the affected functionality and save any copies of prospect lists that you have uploaded since then.

As of April 28, we’ve determined that these issues are affecting:

We’re already working on resolving this problem. By our estimates, the platform will return to normal work within 14-36 hours.

Email Finder (extensions and manual adding)

All new prospects added to the platform through extensions (Email Finder, LI Prospect Finder) or manually are not being recorded in the system. When displayed in the profile, new prospects will have a Can’t find emails status in the email address field.

Please note, if you continue using these tools while the service is still experiencing incorrect work, new added prospects will not be saved after the issue is fixed and you will still be charged credits. That’s why we highly recommend you don’t add new prospects until we announce the issue has been fixed.

Domain Search and Bulk Domain Search functionality are not affected by the issue.

Email Verifier (both in-app tools and extensions)

All new prospects uploaded to the platform for email verification will not be processed or saved to the platform. To prevent data loss, please do not delete any copies of the uploaded prospect lists if you have uploaded files for verification since April 27.

If you proceed with verification despite the service issue alert, you may be charged credits even if the service functions incorrectly. We insist you avoid the Email Verifier until we announce the issue has been fixed.

Drip Campaigns (new recipients only)

If you have added new prospects in lists with active drip campaigns, drip campaign sequences will not be launched for those prospects. After the issue is fixed, these added prospects will not be saved to your account. That’s why we insist you do not add new prospects until the issue is resolved. Please refer to Email Finder (extensions and manual adding) section for more details.

Please note, the issue only affects new added prospects/recipients: all campaigns launched for prospects added before April 27 are active and working as expected.

Prospect list import

Because the service issues are affecting the saving of new prospects to the platform and to your account, all imported prospect lists will not be saved to the platform. Uploaded prospects will have Can’t find emails displayed in the email field and will not be updated after the issue is fixed. That’s why we insist you do not import prospect lists until the issue is resolved.

To prevent data loss, please do not delete any copies of the uploaded prospect lists if you have uploaded any since April 27.

Credits

As noted above, if you continue using the affected functionality despite the service issue warning, you may be charged credits even if the tools function incorrectly. That’s why we insist you do not add new prospects to your account until the issue is resolved.
