In this article, you will learn about the important factors to consider and recommendations when using the same email address to send multiple campaigns.
If you plan to send multiple campaigns from a single email account, please consider the following points:
1) Daily sending limit
The daily sending limit is the maximum number of emails that Snov.io will send across all email campaigns that use this account.
The default setting is to send 200 messages per day, with a 30-second delay between each message. Adjust this number to meet your daily sending needs for all campaigns.
Note: To avoid harming your account, please keep in mind the number of emails you plan to send across all campaigns (drip and warm-up) and the limitations set by your email provider when determining your daily sending limit.
If you are running both warm-up and email campaigns simultaneously, set your daily limit (A) using this formula as warm-up emails will not count within this limit.
A = B – C,
where (B) is the number of emails you want to send through your email campaigns and (C) is the number of emails your warm-up campaign sends daily.
To check and edit the sending limit:
Go to Email Accounts.
Click Edit icon next to the mailbox you want to check. Find Messages per day setting.
2) Campaign schedule
You can adjust the sending windows of your campaigns to prevent them from overlapping with one another and ensure that one campaign does not hold the progress of another.

How does sending from a single email address work?
If multiple campaigns are set to be sending from the same email address at the same time, keep in mind that daily sending limit may not be evenly distributed across all of those campaigns.
Example: You have two campaigns running at the same time from one email account with the default sending limit (200 emails per day): Campaign #1, Campaign #2.
Snov.io will not give priority to any of the campaigns, and all of the planned emails will be added to the single sending queue, but some emails reach the queue first and they will be sent out first.
Eventually, one of your campaigns may end up sending more emails than the other.
FAQs
1) Is it possible to run multiple campaigns from the same mailbox?
Yes, that’s possible. However, the more campaigns you run simultaneously, the longer it takes to send them all, and you have limited control over how the daily sending limit is distributed.
2) If I have multiple campaigns, how can I prioritize one over the others?
If you want to prioritize one campaign to reach some prospects more urgently, you should either pause the other running campaigns or adjust their schedules so that the sending windows do not overlap with one another.
