Snov.io is a Ukrainian company 🇺🇦

Hello Snovians. As you know, Snov.io is a Ukrainian company. As such, we can not continue providing our service to Russian clients and indirectly supporting the war on our homeland. 

Even though we’ve never made it our goal to promote our business in Russia, we have Russian clients, and they make up only around 1% of our client base. 

That’s why Snov.io:

• 🚫 No longer provides service to or accepts payments from Russian and Belarusian users
• 🚫 Bans new users from Russia and Belarus from creating an account
• 🇺🇦 Has supported the Ukrainian army, medics, and volunteers since the very first day of the war, donating to multiple organizations and charities fighting for Ukraine
• 🇺🇦 Offers a free M plan to all Ukrainian Snov.io users (contact us at help@snov.io to redeem it)
• 🎯 Keeps doing its part as a Ukrainian business, developing (and soon releasing) new Email Warm-up functionality and major CRM updates

We understand this statement comes almost a month after the beginning of the war. Snov.io’s headquarters and most of the team are located in Chernihiv, one of the most dangerous war zones, making it impossible to make this statement sooner as about half of the team had to take care of their safety first. Now that we’ve regrouped, we continue working, fighting, and making our stance clear.
